When it came to functionality, they kept installing one thing, then another, and it crashed, asking for money for every modification. Project managers started changing one after another. Fixes and modifications took an incredibly long time, taking 1-2 weeks, even the most basic ones. I decided to stop working with them for SEO. Then things got even worse: they couldn't provide even a basic backup or access to the hosting for two weeks. I decided to leave their hosting, and it wasn't that simple. They wanted money because they would do the work for the transfer, and their work lasted 10 minutes, which meant confirming the site transfer. But that wasn't all. When they started SEO, another problem emerged: installing something without damaging something else was practically impossible. You install one thing, something crashes, and you have to fix everything manually. As it turned out, they did a lot of things manually, and because of this, I would have to contact them exclusively for installation. And they knew this. As they say, they created a cash cow to make money. As a result, 80% of the website had to be redesigned. I don't know how their other projects work, but I guess every website thinks, "Well, they'll finish this and the site will be fully functional." Positive reviews are written by the employees themselves, and a former employee said so himself. I don't recommend dealing with this studio; you'll waste both time and money and won't get what you wanted.
