Our own experience with the company has been very challenging. Our contract was originally valid until further notice for maintenance only, but at the termination stage the contract was interpreted as a fixed-term contract for one year. ​We were required to pay €2,880 in "remaining payments" and redemption fees upon termination, even though the original document clearly stated that the contract was valid until further notice. In addition, our original websites disappeared during the process, and we had to build new ones ourselves. ​I recommend being very careful with the terms of the contract and their interpretation if you end up working with us. We had to dispute the entire invoice.
