My son’s gaming laptop died. It had a BIOS issue that anyone else would have given up on. In fact, others with the issue in the web chatter had already given up and trashed their computers. Gary and his top notch team found a work around and returned the PC to him in perfect shape. They were fast and very reasonably priced. They have my business for any computer needs going forward. Digicom is second to none; in these instances, Google should allow 5+ stars! I dropped off my laptop for some much-needed maintenance/repair and was blown away by their service and quick turnaround! Then I had desktop issues and found out that they can remotely access my system since I live 50 minutes away. I have a small business and having my own personal IT team that can answer/repair/advise on equipment and programs for my home and office is phenomenal. It is a relief to know that I am in good hands and have no worries about any IT issues, questions, or concerns! Gary and his team have my business for life!
Well, what a harrowing 48 hours I've had. Thursday night after finishing a report and shutting down for the night, my hard drive crashed! NOT what anybody needs, especially when they are behind. Well thanks to Gary at Digicom I am up and running again today. Gary was able to install a new hard drive for me and I didn't lose any data!! If you need pc repair, Digicom is the place to go!
Gary and the Digicom team are the best! After a virus took over my wife's computer leaving it basically a paperweight Digicom came to rescue. They were able to clean up all the issues remotely and even took time to explain virus protection programs that would benefit her in the future to stop threats against her machine. I couldn't ask for better service!
