Very disappointing, no response for weeks. Over a month ago, we contacted Die Berater because our Merchant Center account was suspended, and we wanted to launch a Google Ads campaign. The managing director assured us in writing that he would look into the situation and provide a quote. Since then: radio silence. Despite multiple inquiries by email and phone, there has been no response whatsoever. It's perfectly acceptable to decline an order, but please communicate openly and promptly instead of stringing customers along for weeks. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing. This is not what customer service should be like.
