I was looking for a wedding ring and happened to come across this shop, where I stopped in. Ichikawa-san, who was my waiter, listened to my detailed requests and provided excellent customer service! Of course, I ended up purchasing it. I'm very happy that I was able to enjoy choosing a ring without compromising, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I came here to look at engagement rings and wedding rings. I had previously looked at other companies, but nothing really suited me. This time, I was interested in Diamond Shiraishi after a friend recommended them and saw an ad on social media, so I decided to visit them. Mr. Toda, who was in charge of my case, was very polite and listened to my preferences in detail, so I was able to find the design I was looking for and the ring I was happy with, and I made an immediate decision.
