I had a very disappointing experience with these tutors. After taking the payment, they became unresponsive and failed to provide proper teaching or support. Whenever I genuinely needed assistance, my queries were ignored. However, when I decided not to continue, they persistently contacted me. Their approach felt more focused on persuasion rather than actual teaching, and the coaching style seemed outdated and ineffective. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and frustrating.
