I contacted this company to apply for a tourist visa. At the beginning, they only asked me for documents and then completely forgot about my case. It has now been 20 days, and they have still not even started my application. When I asked for proof that my application had been submitted or even started, they sent me a random form with only my name and date of birth, which is not proof of anything. I initially paid ₹25,000. At first, they assumed I was in India and told me the total cost would be ₹50,000, saying the visa and embassy fees were included. Later, when they found out I am abroad, they suddenly started demanding money in pounds. They asked for £50, saying it was “₹6,000 in India,” claiming it was required to reserve a ticket — even though no application had been started. Who asks for ticket money before even applying for a visa? After this, they also demanded £180 for embassy fees, saying this was separate and not included in the ₹50,000 already taken. Their charges kept changing with no clear explanation. When I questioned this, instead of giving clear answers, they kept pressuring me for more money. When I said I would take legal action, they sent me a visa application that belonged to someone else, with an expiry date from 2023, and claimed it was mine. That was shocking and completely unprofessional. One staff member, Sonia, had the audacity to say my application was already done and that they only needed £50 or hotel booking details, which was clearly false. Another person, Kajal, tried to avoid my questions and seemed more interested in trapping me than helping me. I asked to speak to a manager to make a formal complaint, but they avoided it and gave excuses. Bc bhagwant maan tk nu meeting krn d lod ni peyndi huni te ena de sir d appointment leni pendi!! Chor sale When I asked for my refund of ₹25,000, they refused, falsely claiming that work had already been done. Overall, this was an extremely misleading, stressful, and dishonest experience. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before dealing with this company.
