Kayla was the only one who really listened. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out Kayla specifically. She was so empathetic and really heard me out when I explained what was going on. She didn’t rush me, and it honestly felt like she cared the entire time, which is rare. She was super detail-oriented, quick with a solution, and got me to a tech almost immediately. I didn’t feel like just another ticket number, and that made all the difference. Can’t speak for the higher-ups, but if you get the chance to work with Kayla, you’re in good hands.

A- Team! My firm has been a client of Jeremy Karmy and his team of professional support for our I.T. needs. I have worked closely with Lucas who is super responsive and provides very clear expections any time we are working on a technology project. The Cybersecurty support is top knoch, with encrypted emails and 2 factor authenications that they recommend we have not had any issues. When these guys have a project to complete it gets done, timely and clearly explaned.
