I had a pleasure of attending a class with Derek through the Small Business Center, and WOW he was beyond amazing! My only “complaint” is that I wish the webinar was longer because I was so locked in and wanted even more examples! Derek made incredible use of the time, delivered so much valuable information, he answered everyone’s questions clearly and kept the session engaged with just the right touch of humor. You can tell. He truly cares about making sure everyone understands and walks away with the real knowledge. This webinar was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I would absolutely be attending more of his sessions. If you’re thinking about signing up, do it! I highly recommend him. Keep up the good job, Derek!

The DesignLoud team is a fantastic partner. One year ago, I approached them with a philanthropy idea including a book and program to benefit our youth as they make life and career decisions free to Schools, Institutions and Nonprofits. While I had energy and passion, the project was still in its infancy as the whole concept required website design and social media expertise that I did not possess. To Derek Schmidt's credit and his staff, DesignLoud took a chance and decided to go on the journey with me with what could easily be seen as a long shot from a business standpoint. The end result is a most professional website that required education along the way and many revisions. DesignLoud is most concerned about taking pride in the end product and insuring that I was absolutely delighted in the outcome. My new venture is well on its way with many leads supported with a passion and a structure that is most professional in both substance and style. The team remains with me as updates are needed and I am equally motivated to make Derek and his team proud to have invested in me and be a partner in paying forward to impact our communities in a long term relationship. Derek's class on Email Marketing Excellence for the Small Business Center (CFCC) was awesome. It was one of the most informative web sessions I've attended recently. He's clearly knowledgeable and shared practical techniques that I will start using today to benefit the WRF organization. I will be looking for Derek's sessions in the future.

Derek with DesignLoud Marketing Agency is extremely knowledgeable and easy to learn from. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, even the parts of social media marketing that usually feel overwhelming. I learned a lot and walked away with a much better understanding of how to use social media more effectively for business. I’m definitely looking forward to taking another course he offers. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience. I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.
