Bought the Gas suppression system from Deluge Supply. Very good product with Stainless Steel option that is very few in the market offer. The team are very supportive, came to install with doubled check procedures and gave free training to safety staff and even office worker.

Contacted them last minute to ask for advice on last minute job. The staff there were very nice and worked overtime to help get the project done in time

Don't know how the service at other department is but the staff answering the phone at the general line is very rude. When I ask them to transfer to one of their staff and was told that the person had left the company. I tried to ask them to transfer to another person from the same dept however the staff cut in with "I am on another line, tell me who you are looking for". Except that I only just starting to reply her, she immediately put down the phone. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?

I will give 0 star if I can. The worst sales person and company I have ever experienced. The so-call manager Rozawi is the rudest person I have ever dealed with. When they delay the schedule, he has gut to argue unprofessionally and say that "he is done talking with me". Not only that, he will give you all sort of problems after you tell him the problem you face and hoping them not to delay or last min cancel the planned schedule. Engage this company on your own risk. I will never go to this company anymore, and their price is higher compare to others. We were forced to use them because they are in house contractor.

Deluge is one of the top companies in Singapore for fire protection and fire alarm systems. Their staff are responsible, an expertise in their field, and they are very professional in dealing with clients and all levels of people. Strongly recommended when you’re looking or a fire protection contractor!!
