I graduated a year and a half ago. It might seem a bit late to be giving a review now, but... I used the materials from Digital Hollywood, which has branches nationwide, and I thought the quality of the materials and instructors was high. However, my initial goals weren't fully met. I was a web engineer and enrolled because I wanted to learn design. Of course, you can learn the basic theories of design, but in the end, my impression is that it largely depends on the individual's talent. Especially now, with the ability to create excellent designs cheaply and at super-fast speeds using generative AI and vibecoding, I think it's quite difficult for an amateur to create value through manual design.

Entering the web industry from scratch was a major turning point for me, as I had been struggling with doubts about whether I was on the right path. Even though I wasn't particularly good with computers, I could review the videos as many times as I needed, and the trainers patiently answered all my questions. Meeting fellow students in the classroom who were also struggling with similar issues was incredibly encouraging. Through my graduation project, I truly felt I had grown and became more positive about the future. The post-graduation support for job hunting and career changes also allowed me to study with peace of mind. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is serious about taking a new step forward.

The teachers and students are all very kind and easy to communicate with. When I brought my own PC to study, I was so grateful that I could borrow a monitor and work on a large screen! There are also many coding and design books. I prefer to own my own books, so I used the school to find books that suited me and buy them for myself, but it seems they also offer a lending service. The comfortable distance, yet the friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you're not alone, might be unique to Digital Hollywood Sapporo! Even after graduation, they continue to offer advice on portfolios and job hunting, which is incredibly reassuring. There's also a snack corner, which I enjoyed during breaks 🍪✨️ It was fun listening to stories about places people had visited ☺️ It's a space where you can not only learn technical skills but also meet people who aspire to be designers from various backgrounds and circumstances! If you're looking for a design school, I highly recommend it! ☺️

入校を迷っている方がいたらぜひおすすめしたいスクールです！ わたしはデジハリに通う前に別のオンラインスクールに通っていましたが、実際に対面で教わることができるのがやっぱりいいなと思いました。 あとは同じ目標のある仲間ができるのでめちゃくちゃ居心地がいいです。 いろんな人に出会っていろんな考えに触れることができたし、デジハリの中でたくさん自分と向き合うこともできました。 課題以外の制作物もフィードバックしていただける機会があるので、自分からどんどん吸収したいと思える人にはすごくおすすめです！

The deciding factor for me was the environment where I could receive feedback and ask questions directly from professional trainers active in the web industry! At first, I didn't know a thing about web design, but thanks to the video materials that taught me the basics and the practical production assignments I was able to work on, I am now able to work in the web design industry! The atmosphere in the classrooms at STUDIO Sapporo is also great, and it's great that I can improve my skills while competing with other students!!
