Our city had a great experience working with de Novo Marketing on our new website. The old site was outdated and complaints from residents indicated information was hard to find so it was time for a change. de Novo had a streamlined process to help us develop the perfect site to fit our needs. None of our staff felt overwhelmed during the process. It was quick and easy. Their staff was great to work with and very responsive to questions. It has only been live a few weeks, but so far we have received many comments from residents giving the city accolades for creating this new user-friendly website. I would recommend de Novo.

This past winter my wife told be we needed to update the website for our fishing lodge in northwest Ontario. I didn't really think so and didn't want to spend the money. We have published a new brochure every year for the past 26 seasons to send to current and potential guests. I was surprised this year to see the decline in the number of people on our mailing list due to the lack of requests to have brochures sent. I was informed that if people want to learn about us, they go online and look at the website. If the website is the first impression people get of our lodge, then they are going to think we are outdated - just like our website. So, we booked a meeting with de Novo and was very impressed when we walked in the room. There was a full team of people there to talk with us, learn about us, and help us create a new look for our website that looks good, is easy to use, interactive, and gives the viewer a great impression of our lodge and makes them think, "That looks like a place I would love to visit". We made a plan and the construction of our new site began. The de Novo team has been wonderful to work with. They are professional, responsive, creative, and very easy to work with. The new website was launched a week ago and it looks amazing. We have received numerous messages and emails complimenting us on the look. Many people love the updates including the options to navigate from different pages and tabs. We couldn't be happier with the results. I would strongly recommend working de Novo Marketing. For someone that is not techy or active in social media, I now understand the importance of both and have the team at de Novo Marketing to thank for that.

At Van Meter, we worked with de Novo on a really fun project telling the story of our history. Not only did they come through on a super short notice, but played a huge role in the success of our project! The team was fun, productive, and supportive throughout the entire process.
