Top tier coffee shop in Niigata,Japan. Cozy atmosphere, well-decorated interior design and many seating areas are the attractions of this coffee shop. There are many high quality coffee beans which roasted with passion from the roaster. Even though the price is quite expensive but it is totally worth to try this specialty coffee here. The professional barista gave me a recommendation for my coffee drink and buying coffee bean back home. The coffee shop still has a variety of bakeries for you as well.
A wonderful space where you can enjoy coffee, brunch/pastries and something sweet. I am both surprised and thankful for the warm welcome from the baristas, who introduced the beans patiently and clearly, even for someone who does not speak Japanese well. Their English is pretty good! You get to taste each coffee before you decide on the tasting menu. Each coffee, tasted uniquely different with clear bright profiles and you understand why they are featured in the group. Exciting and dynamic selection. They even have a decaf option, which I find fun great for those who are doing coffee shop hopping. Lunch I had spicy chicken with bread and salad on side, which I thorough enjoyed! Especially love the touch of salsa and bread haha! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
Found a extremely good handbrew coffee with a experience barista nearby hotel. They offer variety of beans and the barista is knowledgeable. He is able to explained the differences of each bean and have a very good skill for coffee. I would like to recommend to everyone who travel here to have a try.
Very friendly staff, patient introducing different beans to us and free tastings. Hachi Project is a very balanced beans best for pour over in my view. I would recommend the tasting set for JPY1800 you can have two different types of beans served in wine glasses. A very pleasant experience!
