Worst Service Experience Ever Darkod Tech offers the worst service I have ever encountered. They promise professionalism and expertise, but what you actually get is incompetence and frustration. They will constantly delay or cancel your appointments without notice, and when they finally show up, it's as if they did half of the work at best. Their customer service is a nightmare. I have tried to contact them multiple times to resolve issues, but all I got was vague excuses and no solutions. It is evident that they do not care for their customers or want to rectify their mistakes. Even with the most basic communication, they fail to respond to emails and calls, putting you in a dark space. For a company which claims to provide you with the best services possible, it's anything but that. Avoid wasting your time and money by sticking to a company that actually values its customers. Darkod Tech is not only unreliable but unprofessional.
