Approached Dark Cherry after meeting them at an event we were both exhibiting. We were (desperately) in need of a new website that captured our brand but gave us scope to edit and update when we needed. We met with a few agencies, but Dark Cherry stood out the most, aligning with similar values and ethos. The whole process was efficient; they helped us understand our needs and kept communication open throughout, supporting us on the customer journey, and designed something that truly captured the heart of our brand and that the whole firm is proud of. It also has to be noted how patient they were when the project got stalled for a couple of months at our end. They were understanding and supportive which really goes a long way, showcasing genuine compassion for their customers.

Fantastic Service We were blown away with the service provided by Richard and the team at Dark Cherry. The team took their time to get to know us as a business but more importantly as people to assist them in designing our logo, brand guidelines, website, social assets and branded clothing. By taking the time to get to know us and our business the nailed our logo straight away which reiterated to us we had made the right decision in choosing Dark Cherry as our partner on this project. We so excited to launch our website and share the social assets Dark Cherry have created for us. The branding has made an immediate impact although we haven't launched our new branding fully we have tested this in a live working environment and have already won clients off the back of this.
