Very good service, fast, accurate diagnosis, and also economical.
Decent prices, they didn't call to let me know my PC repair was ready, but other than that, the service itself is good. The employees' personal presentation needs significant improvement.
Excellent work and dedication to every client, nothing to complain about, 1000% recommended and everything was very fast!!
I took my laptop in because the screen wouldn't turn on and the Caps Lock light was blinking—five times quickly and three times slowly. They told me it couldn't be fixed, but I had previously taken it in to have the fans replaced, and a screw was left loose. The screw was still in the exact same position; I doubt they put it in exactly the same way. They literally didn't even open the computer. I'm going to take it to a different repair shop to see if they can fix it, and if they do, I intend to file a complaint with SERNAC (Chilean Consumer Protection Agency). I literally paid 10,000 pesos for them to look at it superficially and say there's no solution. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE COMPUTER!
The first time I went there, I asked them to replace my laptop screen because it was malfunctioning. When they gave it back to me, I noticed that one corner had been forced open and was cracked. After a year, the damage worsened due to use, eventually causing the screen to detach. I had to get rid of the laptop. Today I went to buy RAM and they told me they didn't have any, not even the specific type I was asking for, or whether I needed a new or used one. They simply didn't have any RAM for sale, which I find inconceivable and unthinkable for a computer store that even does repairs.
