Our experience with this company has been truly awful. I contacted their manager, Daniel, because we needed to finish a Meta campaign we'd been preparing and launch it as soon as possible. Initially, he seemed helpful and asked for a €200 upfront payment, although we only paid half that amount as a precaution—thankfully, because the experience couldn't have been worse. Our company had already created the materials, but he disregarded them and produced digital posters on his own, which were quite poor quality. We have the impression that he took advantage of our urgency, and once he was paid, he became much more relaxed. Just a few hours after launching the Meta campaign, it started having errors—errors he could have foreseen and fixed before launching. Despite our warnings about the problems, he made no real attempt to resolve them, and we had to fix the errors ourselves (it was simply a matter of reactivating the ads, i.e., clicking a button). Otherwise, we would have had our ads down for the entire Easter week. Later, we discovered that the Meta pixel was incorrectly installed on our website, and the site hadn't been verified with Meta either. He claimed to have taken care of all this, but in reality, he barely performed any of the tasks correctly. We have technical reports to prove it. We lost confidence in his work and requested a refund (for nothing, just because of the problems). He responded that he wouldn't refund anything, that he had done everything, and that we were dishonest (the last straw!). We are now in the process of filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency against this company, so we cannot recommend them under any circumstances. I hope this review is helpful to someone.
