Trying to take down my wife's review of a different company. Since when I need to provide proof of interaction to post a review. The interaction could have been a simple discussion and me as a customer I can be dissatisfied. I never heard of Cylex until my wife got an email from them, yet I am posting this review. Trying to silence people for the advantage of the rich and famous? Shame on you

Considering Stay Graceful? Please take some time to read (sorry so long, but needs to be said) this review. I had the frustrating experience of dealing with Stay Graceful when my 88 year old mother received services for 5 months. During this time my mother paid out of pocket monthly. After several months I started calling the insurance company (ended up being more than 18 times) and Stay Graceful many times to see why there had been no reimbursement. Insurance company was not getting the necessary paperwork needed. I was told by an employee that "We don't have to file your insurance, that is a courtesy we do." During all this time my mother was struggling to make the monthly payments that Stay Graceful was demanding. One of the last months she was with them, she was told if she didn't prepay, she was done. After the first month or so they raised the hourly prices. My mothers insurance would only pay 60.00 per day, and the new prices were now more. I talked to the director, and we decided to schedule 1 1/2 hours per day, so mom's insurance would cover all the cost. My mother schedules never reflected the 1 1/2 hours we discussed-this racked up a ton of unpaid charges. I questioned this and I was told my mother wanted 2 hours per day. Well, she wanted 2 hours daily because that is what was on her weekly schedule. I have felt terrible that this has cost my mom all this extra money that she didn't have. This business transaction should have easily gone smoothly, but we had problems the entire time we dealt with them. Up until recently (4 months after services stopped) I have been trying to retrieve some of my mothers money back for her. She had several pre-payed months that she should have had credit for. (not all hours were worked) There was $324.00 credit on one month that I was told she would not be getting back, because we did not give them 2 weeks notice. Another was a $214 credit that mom should have gotten back. In a 3 month period I called the office numerous times, some with no answer. I left 5 messages for the owner to return my call. The last time I did get to talk to Jessica, and she said she would check it out and get back to me. That was almost 2 months ago. Stay Graceful's 3 star reflects the customer (and employees) dissatisfaction this firm deserves. 3 stars is 3 more than I can recommend. A Daughter trying to keep my mom in her home

Just saw and advertisement for my old company and cylex is allowing them to us my company name with the other company phone number with out my permission so isn't that stealing work from another company and false advertisement I guess I'll find out more tomorrow when I call my lawyer on both companies After reading some reviews about the same problem I really think that if your going to do this business before you post the lies information on someone else's site maybe you should call them and verify

Without being asked, cylex snatched my business information and put it on their search engine / site. It should not be legal! The opening hours are wrong and my customers are misinformed. I have emailed the company but hear nothing from them.
