Engaged Cyclect to do water proofing for my shophouse . Not responsive when post works issue come up. Account manager jeremy don’t personally come down when waterproofing matters / issues continue to persist. Hide behind his henchman. What remains is bill is paid but no result, no accountability. You may be a big firm but you should look at how you treat your smaller commercial or residential customers. Will never use them again
