Chris and the team at CyberKiln have been superb from the very start of the process all the way through to getting my nice shiny, new website live. Chris spent time in the early stages to understand my business, put me in touch with a content writer and guided me with layout and imagery. The entire process was clearly laid out from the start and where changes needed to be made Chris either did the work himself or he got one of his team to jump on it. To create not just a website, but the right website for our target market was never going to be an easy task. Connected Installation clients are often high net worth individuals which means we need to live and belong in that space. The website therefore needed to be as good as, if not better than our direct competitors. It also needed to be at the same high level as websites form Apple, Control4, Savant and Crestron. That's the standard our Clients expect. As the graphic designer for Connected Installation I provided the visual concept and practical elements for the site, but it was coding magic provided by Chris and his team at CyberKiln that made it a reality. They worked closely with our team via zoom calls, updating in real time any issues so we could see the effect and approve changes. They provided important suggestions on how to refine the flow of the site plus various enhancements to the visual style. Any project of this size was bound to create a number of technical issues. These were overcome through use of collaborative & interactive sessions where the Cyberkiln team explained what was causing the issue and provided a range of solutions.
