I am very happy with service and behaviour of the staff.The connection speed is exactly what is mentioned in the packs. I got around 6 - 10 mbps of download speed at certain times during the day. They are definitely a 5 star ISP in Midnapore.
Connectivity and service has improved significantly since my last review. They provided me with an alternative connection to compensate for GTPL'S poor service. Have not faced any issues for about a month now. All in all after this improvement in service I can honestly recommend them. Good work!
