Highly recommend Jacky for electrical works! Just collected keys for our 5-room BTO at Tengah and engaged him to settle our wiring and sockets. Jacky is super patient and professional. He didn’t just do the standard installation work; he actually took the time to share a lot of practical tips and household advice with us. He taught us how to maintain our home appliances properly so they don't spoil easily, and even gave us tips on how to troubleshoot DIY-style if anything goes wrong in the future, really very useful advice for us. I am currently doing renovation and found CWC online while searching for LEW. Among all the companies that I enquired, Jacky is the online one who shared his LEW license number with me. The other companies go silent once I asked for the LEW license number. Not only that, I am totally confused when it comes to rewiring of a resale flat and Jacky patiently explained through WhatsApp the process, give suggestions and the number of days it takes for the job. During the site visit, Jacky was punctual and immediately surveyed the site and explained what he would do during the rewiring process. My circuit board tripped at 2am, and Jacky from CWC was the only one who picked up my call. Even though he had another job lined up, he still agreed to come over and arrived as promised. Thank you Jackie for attending to our emergency electrical work! My house water heater had caught fire and although we managed to extinguish the fire, we were very afraid of any possible electrical issue that might cause the fire. SCDF recommended us to look for licensed Electrician to check the lines before we could switch on our power, we were finding high and low but couldn’t find one who is willing to take our case (esp since this is a fire incident already).
