We contacted Cuppa SEO to completely redesign our company website. It was incredibly dated but had phenomenal organic SEO. I needed someone who could redesign the site without losing the progress that we had made in our standings. Joey and his team were not only able to do this, but after going live our new website has generated more leads in the last 4 months than our old website did in the first 8 months of the year (and it went live during the slow season)!! Joey and his team were patient, thorough, communicative, able to translate jargon, open to feedback when a process was not working for us, and very personable. The process was so easy on my end - he explained what wasn’t working and why; what he would be able to do, and he and his team worked their magic. He kept me informed of the process along the way, answered my questions, and gave clear guidance on what I needed to do. And it worked! I met Joey a few months ago based on a referral from a friend of mine who also has a small business in Madison. She had hired Joey to help with her website and I was seeking someone to transform my website in WordPress and also to assist with Search Engine Optimization. I hired Joey and the experience has only been positive! Joey was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to get to know me and my business, asked a lot of questions, and would contact or update me often during the process to let me know where things were at. I am very pleased with how the website turned out! I have had to contact him once or twice with questions and he has been prompt and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Joey on the SEO for my website. One of the biggest benefits was how he helped me understand the many different places within my site that I should be optimizing the SEO and how I could make the changes myself. I had another challenge because I had recently changed the name of my company and my site was not showing up on a Google search when I typed in the new name. With Joey's help, my company's site now shows up at the top even thought there are a few other companies with similar names in other industries. If you rely on people finding your website through Google and other search engines, I would recommend calling Joey today. He can quickly assess the SEO of your site and tell you if it can be improved.
