CSS AG

I absolutely cannot recommend this company. They sell their ERP program, investing a lot of time in convincing the buyer. Once you have it, you hear nothing more and are simply left to deal with the problems on your own. The programmers also seem to constantly disappear, which strongly suggests a poorly managed company. There are plenty of other providers. Even the digitization company that CSS collaborates with has a good basic concept, but the practical application of their Verfier program is beyond terrible.

As an employee of a long-standing CSS client, I've gotten the impression that the company has gone down the wrong path. While CSS AG used to be a customer-oriented software provider and service provider that I recommended without reservation for years, CSS today (based solely on my experience) stands for unscrupulous treatment of customers (supposedly no alternative new contract model, double the price), significantly deteriorated service quality, and a product advertised at a high price that has only limited functionality. This destroys trust.

Update: Some changes and revisions have indeed been made. The software is generally good, as long as the prices are affordable for medium-sized businesses!
