Have been using Crizto toilet bowls for more than a year. Tested and proven to meet my expectations. Replaced my MBR wall hung toilet bowl with Crizto and grounded toilet bowl for my common bathroom. Maintaining it's cleanliness is a breeze due to it's design especially for the MBR wall hung. The elongated; olive shaped allows you to sit comfortably and also allows bidets washing to reach out easily. Good quality as the toilet bowls does not collect stains easily. Having said that, of course regular cleanings are recommended. Eg. once a week or twice a month for my case. The frequency of washing also greatly depends on the frequency of usage too hence it may varies accordingly to individual households. The common bath toilet bowls height is comfortable even for children. Both toilet bowls seat covers are soft closing. Great flushing system and water saver. Experienced plumbers. Quality workmanships.

Very disappointing experience with Crizto. I engaged their service to replace a pedestal water closet, but less than a year later, the pedestal seal underneath completely came off. The pedestal was no longer properly secured, and urine started seeping out from underneath. I tried explaining to Crizto that this appeared to be a workmanship issue, especially since the other pedestal water closets in my house have been functioning perfectly fine for many years without any problem. However, instead of offering to inspect or assess the issue, they repeatedly denied responsibility and insisted it was simply “wear and tear” — after only one year of use. To make matters worse, they quoted me another $XXX for repairs, excluding transportation charges. Very poor after-sales service and disappointing accountability towards their own work. If you are considering engaging them for pedestal replacement works, do take note that it may not last long and you may have to pay again for rectification should issues arise shortly after installation.

I am writing this review to commend Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd for their exemplary levels of service once again. I first engaged Crizto several years ago for major works in my home and their levels of professionalism and high standards of service impressed me greatly at that time. In particular, Mr Amos Phua who heads the company had at that time personally attended to the issues in my home and ensured successful completion of works in a timely and efficient manner. I was happy to write a positive review for Mr Phua then and today, am writing this new review to once again express my deepest appreciation to Mr Phua for once again responding so promptly when I required urgent works done in my home. Mr Phua and his team of workers are indeed an example of what it means to provide the highest levels of customer service, from the first point of communication to the completion of the works. I continue to have the highest levels of trust in the services of Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd and am sure that under Mr Phua's continued leadership, the company most certainly deserves to leap to greater heights.

Yesterday called Crizto, for plumbing services, this morning their guys came... Services are very efficient, prompt and fantastic... They helped me to install the kitchen sink n fixed up with my amazon tap n did the drainage piping.... Their services rendered were wonderfully pleasant n moreover they helped me to resolve countless headaches tat I previously had with another plumber.... Very professional n money well spent 👏 very glad that I found them n had engaged them

Recently, I engaged Crizto to replace my concealed shower mixer at a Condo development in the West. 2 technicians came on 2 occasions; the 1st occasion to hack out, remove the old malfunctioned mixer & install a new mixer and the 2nd occasion to put back the wall tiles after ascertaining that the new mixer was working well with no leaks. Their technicians were highly professional; attentive to minor details & careful to minimize the hack area so that only 1pc of wall tile was removed. Although it might be a small job, it was still photographed & properly documented. The workmanship was excellent & the new mixer was installed neatly with all the affected areas & walkway protected during the works; cleared & restored upon completion. I am greatly satisfied with the overall job and will not hesitate to recommend them to any household who is looking for a highly qualified licensed plumber.
