Sometimes a change of perspective is enough – and suddenly you start to understand clients, colleagues and yourself better. The one-day course on color personality typology from Creativoo opened our eyes to how different people communicate, what motivates them and how to approach them. A big bonus was the practicality and immediate usability in our daily work. Moreover, the whole course is like one big game, no boring theories, so we had a great time. That is why we decided to continue and also completed a management and leadership course for us two executives. Again, great satisfaction – concrete tools, clear structure and at the same time space for deeper self-reflection. If you are looking for training that has a real impact, we can only recommend it.
