My experience with Creative37 is very bad and represents a serious warning to other entrepreneurs. Before signing the contract, the director Mr. Domen Brlek called me and wrote me e-mails almost every day, asking why we should choose the 1x more expensive offer, namely over €14,000. The key sales promise was that it would be a custom online store with up to 5 plugins, without a “template + plugin” approach, and that the project would be developed by their own programmers within the company. In practice, it turned out differently: 1. At the time of creation, more than 51 plugins were installed on the website, 2. Currently, there are still around 24 of them, which is not consistent with the written offer, which explicitly mentions up to 5 plugins, 3. Such a number of plugins in the development phase usually means assembling the solution with various external tools, testing and replacing functionality, rather than developing a pure custom solution, 4. This shows that the functionalities were most likely taken from existing solutions, adapted and then the plugins were removed, which is technically possible, but was not presented as such when the project was sold. Additionally: - the project was not developed by an internal team, but by an external contractor, - the website is still not finished after more than two months, - there was no apology, clear explanation or realistic timeline from their side for the delay, - when I confronted them with concrete technical facts (plugin lists, architecture, discrepancies with the offer), they stopped responding to emails. Despite the fact that from the very beginning they had: - our existing online store (from which we only had to transfer the products), - two reference websites, - a very precise written explanation of all requirements, - and they received answers to our questions the same day, - they did not fulfill the agreed points. Particularly problematic: - before the start of the project we were led to sign a contract on the assignment of claims with the company Sim Factor, - while it was promised that everything would be in accordance with the contract and even completed ahead of schedule, - the technical explanations and specifications sent by Mr. Brlek, however, are often generic and without a clear link to the actual implementation. The main problem is not WordPress or the technology used, but misleading sales communication, a discrepancy between the written offer and the implementation, a lack of transparency, and the absence of accountability when valid questions arise. I do not recommend Creative37, especially not to entrepreneurs who expect: - respect for written agreements, - clearly defined architecture, - realistic deadlines, - and a transparent, responsible attitude throughout the entire project.

I was convinced to cooperate with the Creative37 team by their professional and very selfless approach to solving problems, which they tackle very comprehensively through the process of certain workshops. The website is designed in a way that allows for later upgrades, which gives the company an open hand in developing the site in the future. I definitely recommend it!

From the first contact with Creative37, it was clear that they have a very personal relationship with their clients. Even though they knew that my club was very small, I always felt like I was an important client. They prepared for the three-hour Creative Club in such a way that they knew my club almost better than I did, and certainly from more perspectives, as they worked as a truly connected team - each very professional in their field and at the same time open to the others and also very intuitive and human, so that they even perceived my hidden doubts and fears that I had not yet become aware of or had not given them the necessary attention.
