Creative Direction

I’ve been working with Creative Direction on a complete rebrand of our business, Alto Hearing, along with a new website. Having seen some of their previous work, I had high expectations, and they’ve exceeded every one of them. From the start, Dom, David, and the team took the time to really understand our business before making any recommendations. They present their work thoughtfully, explain their thinking clearly, and hold themselves to the same high standards we do. We’ve been absolutely thrilled with the results, but equally impressed with how they work. It genuinely feels like we’ve found a creative partner who gets us. David, Dom and Mark are everything you want when working with external agencies. Knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and very passionate about their designs. Working well with key stakeholders throughout the concept stage to tweak, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and a very happy boss. I dread working with agencies normally because it can be like pulling teeth to get a response, or very difficult to get them to see things from your point of view.
