Wanted to get a washing machine and Courts service staff Ming was very professional and slowly explaining in details of each model its pros and cons.

Writing I had a frustrating experience with the Courts online team, especially with the voucher cap of $800, which doesn’t make much sense when many items sold are already around $500 on average or more. The back-and-forth communication with the online team was disappointing, and I even had to take leave to sort out the issue, only for nothing much to be resolved. However, I want to specifically commend Eleanor for her excellent service. She was very helpful, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to assist in sorting out the online issues. She showed professionalism and genuine care, which made a huge difference in an otherwise poor experience. My 4-star rating is for Eleanor’s service alone. Courts online team really needs more people like her.

Went into the store to look at some wireless earpieces. A young staff by the name “Faiz” was incredibly knowledgeable on the audio products. He explained beautifully the functionalities of the earpieces. He’s patient and even took the time to go through the entire audio aisle with me. Thank you and I will come back to this outlet again to make my purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Terrible experience. Ordered online. Received an email saying they will deliver between 10-6pm on the 22nd. I waited all day at home taking time off work on the 22nd. I then call at 530pm- only to be told that the delivery is tentatively scheduled for the 26th. But they can't be sure. And given that I am using climate change vouchers I have to be home for the delivery in person. Waste of time- do not order from Courts.
