COURTS NOJIMA (The Heeren)

First time visited Courts at Heeran. Was pleased with the shopping experience. Spacious area with well organized display of items. Jackson, the salesperson, was very helpful and patience in giving me advice on the different kinds of ovens and rice cookers. Finally got my Mayer oven and Tiger rice cooker, also a Philips steamer. All are working well. Was pleasantly surprised that I was given a free bag of 2kg atas Japanese rice too. :)

The retail space is relatively expansive, brightly lit, and easy to navigate. While it carries a decent variety of mainstream products, the overall inventory and selection are somewhat limited compared to their other branch located in Bugis. Shoppers looking for highly specialized items or a wider array of niche brands might find the Bugis location to be a better fit for their specific needs. However, a significant advantage of visiting this Somerset branch is the customer service. The staff members are notably friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with inquiries. They patiently explain product features and efficiently help locate specific items within the store. Overall, it is a perfectly suitable location for general electronics shopping, especially if you value helpful, attentive service over having the absolute largest selection of goods.

Terrible customer service, Anderson specifically who basically told us a bunch of products displayed with price tags yet not available at the store. When asked whether we could arrange delivery from another store, the response was basically gone because it would no longer booked under this store’s KPI. He just walked away and left us with the payment lady who’s also equally clueless how we can order online to access to other available stocks from another store. To Courts management, there’s issues to look into your staff’s attitude and your performance review system to allow your staff work cohesively under the same brand.

I had a great experience with Keen. He was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. Most importantly, he managed to help us secure a better price, which made a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an account manager who genuinely looks out for his customers' interests.

Just purchased some home appliances from Courts Somerset Orchard. Beautiful products, well priced, lovely environment and staff. Special thanks to Vinh, Kelvin, and Han, they took their time to explain things to my wife and I. I loved the experience, would recommend to anyone. ❤️
