I have visited the Clementi outlet several times, and on every occasion, Ms Shan has been exceptionally patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer my questions and explain the products thoroughly without any pressure. Her professionalism and dedication to serving customers have left a very positive impression on me. In fact, it was because of her excellent service that I decided to purchase two Toshiba stand fans from her recently. Nowadays, it is not easy to find sales staff who genuinely care about customers and consistently provide such a high level of service. They were courteous, patient, and very efficient in assisting us throughout our visit. Every question was answered clearly, and everything was handled with great care. They were also not selective in assisting customers. Despite being overlooked by other staff when we were enquiring about items eligible for the Climate Voucher, Bernard and Lucy willingly stepped in to help us without hesitation, which we truly appreciated.
