Costco Wholesale Gwangmyeong

Requires a membership fee! Cannot be paid with all common Korean cards! The prices of the goods are very expensive, similar products can be found at even more reasonable prices in large Korean chain stores. Costco in South Korea is no longer a budget-friendly store with special goods that can only be found in this store! The parking lot is always full of cars and it takes a lot of time to get in and out.

This is a good Costco, but on the weekends it gets crowded and the food court has good food. It is close to the bus and KTX (bullet train) station.

This is closer to me than the one in Songdo and Seoul. I was so excited to finally be able to shop for products I was familiar with so we signed up for membership. The process is the same with US Costco, fast and efficient. We then proceeded to shop and was very happy finding Pantene, Bullzone, wines and a lot of alcohol, croissants and the huge chocolate muffins. Theres also the rotisserie chicken and lots and lots of cheese! The price as usual is so much lower than regular grocery stores. They have great jewelry selection and really good pricing for electronics as well. Food court is awesome! Their pork bake was delicious and pizza is still humungous as usual. Love that I got my membership!

This is one of the newer stores in Korea and the selection is just like in the US. The prices are also competitive with other wholesalers in Korea.
