edit: not their scope of work, but designs integration etc. email host is part of what is supposed to be delivered properly. mentioned that domain and hosting will be free for X years, but we are now paying it on our own. email host supposed to be delivered in your host server, even tho domain is purchased beforehand, it doesn't mean you don't deliver the free hosting domains etc. including email hosting. sorry I think this company took the easy way out in creating the website without ensuring it's functionality and stability. did a VERY bad job in handing over. just want to complete the project to earn $. Since they only want to complete project asap, no changes or extra time is given as they only look forward to payment. So is their maintenance. No response, unable to do make any changes that they had missed out during the development process. basically u need to ensure the completed website is what u desire from the very start, and monitor everything for 6 months start til end. otherwise u are screwed with this company who charges an exorbitant fees at "discounted rate" under govt grants. maintanece solves nothing. this company only does bare minimum for the high fees. if u don't monitor their progress, I suggest u find another company who is a lot more efficient and provide services based on ur requirements.

Using Corsiva hosting service for my website which saves me lots of time from troubleshooting. Guo Hong and his team have been responsive and knowledgeable. We engaged Corsiva Lab to revamp and build an e-commerce website for us towards end of 2021. Our website was ready and launched in March 2022.
