This was my first time engaging COOLSERVE and I’m glad I chose them. Evan was very responsive to my enquiries and was knowledgeable about the equipment and materials used. He patiently answered my questions. Ben and his installation team were assigned to my house, and they did an excellent job. The team worked well together, the installation was neat and professional, and they took good care of my home. They even made the effort to clean up the work area before leaving, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very good experience from enquiry to installation. I would definitely engage Coolserve again for future servicing and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable aircon company. 👍🏻

I was recommended to use the servicing services and recently replacement of aircons. The servicing (Stephen and his co worker) is not the cheapest but definitely reliable with photos of work done. Installation technicians are efficient, prep the place before the work and clean up after. It is a lot of hard work to stay outdoors at the aircon ledges to dismantle n install compressors. Kudos to Yung and his co worker. Backend support Evan is prompt with his replies.

Really happy with Coolserve – I installed a System 3 Starmex aircon today and the experience was great! Evan was patient in answering all my queries, and installer Choong was equally impressive – punctual, professional, and did a very neat and tidy installation. No mess left behind, and he made sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks Coolserve for a smooth experience and great service!

Have been servicing my aircon for years until my usual uncle retired. Since then I could not find any good servicing. Things got very bad and recently I had been getting water leaks and room is no longer cool enough. My ceiling also started to grow black patches and mold from bad condensation. Contractors come and go and one rejected me saying it is not possible to service due to the mounting of my aircon being “unusual”. Things completely turned around today when Chee Heng and Jie came. I was so surprised by their confidence and expertise. They did not mention anything about my mounting and just go about their work swiftly! Never had anyone gone to service my outside condenser (with special equipment) and TOOK out my WHOLE two units from the walls!! ! They even remove my 20yo trunking and wirings and I even see the raw circuitry everywhere! Long story short, both units look brand new after their chemical wash and were mounted back perfectly as like new. AMAZING. definitely worth every cent! Their friendly attitude, skills expertise are topnotch. Im so grateful to have met both Chee Heng and Jie for great servicing for my aircons. Definitely recommend them! Coolserve is indeed good!
