After over ten years of experience with various providers in the field of nursing documentation, I am once again professionally compelled to work with the "Vivendi PD" software solution. My conclusion after a comprehensive retraining period is unfortunately sobering: No significant improvements to the user interface (GUI) and menu navigation are apparent over this long period. Specific points of criticism: Usability & GUI: The user interface is highly nested and inefficient. Intuitive navigation is completely lacking, which unnecessarily increases the documentation workload in the stressful daily routine of nursing care. Missing core functions: Essential basic features are either missing or hidden in illogical places within the system. Examples include the lack of a graphical pain localization tool in the assessment and the cumbersome and confusing evaluation of reports. Lack of workflow integration: The system does not support logical follow-up actions. Processes such as linking a fall incident to a pain log or generating transfer protocols require manual extra steps that should be automated by modern software. Deficiencies in basic functionality: Even essential tools, such as the internal email client, have serious shortcomings (e.g., no recipient search function). Conclusion: Vivendi PD gives the impression of a software solution developed without sufficient involvement of nursing professionals. Its rigid structure and cumbersome workflows run counter to the high demands for efficiency and documentation quality in inpatient geriatric care. For software used in such a critical environment, this lack of innovation after more than a decade is unacceptable.

I'm currently using Connext Vivendi at two social service organizations. The training courses are interesting, as are the advertised features, but in reality, there's still a lot of room for improvement. Server problems in the outpatient care section were common. Support was always reachable, but at times offered no adequate solution other than the response that the developer needed to fix it and would forward the issue. This didn't help caregivers who were out on the streets or working with patients. They longed for the old paper-based route plans where the most important information was recorded. Vivendi is also used in the assistant role. After the last synchronization or update, I find it even more confusing. Perhaps the developers will reconsider this. I would appreciate it if reviews included descriptions of the program's user-friendliness and handling for clients and patients in mobile settings. This applies to both server and satellite use in outpatient care, particularly regarding synchronization. This also applies to synchronization in outpatient settings. ... But what do I read about the food...? Training rooms... nothing about user-friendliness for staff in planning or with patients or customers.

Very nice training rooms and competent instructors. The Vivendi functionalities are taught very well. The lunch is plentiful and tasty. I would gladly attend another training course. It's very easy to get there by car, and parking is available. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to reach by public transport.

I can't say much about the company itself, but the cafeteria and hotel are fantastic! The cafeteria is restaurant-quality! Very tasty and varied! Everything is totally modern and state-of-the-art! Great parking! By the way, the restaurant is open to everyone in the evenings and is a great alternative to the usual restaurants!
