Owen with Connecting Point was so helpful, speedy, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Tamara, who assisted via email, was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both provided excellent customer service and made everything easy to navigate. Highly recommend this team!

Kris was great!! Have had a complex issue getting two systems to function properly under 2 different IT teams. Kris worked wonderfully with the other IT company to get the systems to communicate and operate better than they have in years. Really appreciate the two teams working together to get the system communication to function. DAN was great!! Gave him 3 tasks to get done and had them all done quickly and efficiently. Danny was great!! He got things moving super fast, had great communication while he was working on 2 different issues, realized 1 issue was going to happen on the other one and so jumped in and fixed it before it even became an issue. YAH!!

I am really happy with Kris's quick response and tips to solve my problem. And the follow up to make sure all was ok was greatly appreciated.
