In my personal experience, it was terrible. I took my laptop in for a thermal paste and thermal pad replacement, and it ended up being worse than when I arrived. It went from overheating to practically not working at all. To make matters worse, when I got home and plugged in the charger, it short-circuited and stopped working. They excused themselves by saying my device already had overheating problems, which is true, but not to that extent, as it was perfectly functional. Although I received a refund, I'm left without a computer, and now I have to take it somewhere else to see if it can be salvaged, which I doubt. I wouldn't recommend them personally. The customer service is excellent, and the technician is very communicative; I have no complaints there. But the service itself leaves much to be desired.
