I've been using Cloud Hybrid Pre-Accounting for 7-8 years, but for the past year I've been completely dissatisfied. The program constantly freezes. They've looked into it several times, but they still haven't found a solution or they're not interested. Pages load slowly, and it freezes when I'm making a sale; I have to close it completely.

The desktop software I purchased in 2025 became unusable after an update in 2026. I'm contacting their technical support, and all they say is that a new update will be released. There's been no update for three months, and they're not fixing the problem. And when I request a refund, they shamelessly send me a refund policy statement. I absolutely do not recommend buying from them; don't even bother looking at their products. They constantly call until they sell you something, but after that, they don't solve the problems.

I had an e-invoicing requirement, I researched it and received free consultancy, they helped me with the transition, and things are going well so far. Thank you, Bilsoft.

At first glance, the app seems user-friendly and well-equipped. However, their customer service is terrible. Technical support is nonexistent. And they constantly say, "We called you, but you were busy." You can't tell the same lie over and over again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't be fooled by its cheap price.
