Complete Pest Solutions

We’ve used Complete Pest for many years through our prior management company and now ourselves, and no one beats their professionalism or the level of care they put into their work. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle while he was treating one of our units, and I’ve never seen that level of customer service or passion/heart for one’s work. Kyle is a complete champion—very knowledgeable, meticulous, friendly, and professional. You truly feel taken care of by someone who is there to help solve your problem, rather than someone just going through another day of work. Good job by Josh is doing preventative work prior to hotter weather ahead. We had the company eliminate an ant problem in our kitchen last year and was very pleased. This year we saw a couple in the kitchen and wanted to prevent the problem before it started. Josh came out and was cordial, explained what he was doing, answered our questions and was very efficient in completing the job. I highly recommend!!

Overall, C.P.Solutions is a great company and worth the money! They have been to our house four times now: Initial spraying, six months later another spray, six months later another spray, and a follow-up a month later. The only 'problem' was a little scheduling conflict on the follow-up spray, but it was resolved quick enough. The spraying they have done is very effective and works very well! To be honest, the reason for the fourth time was twofold: we have a lot of "stuff" in our home AND the gentleman who sprayed, while courteous, could have done a better job spraying in our home on the third spray. He did, however, spray around our shed and garage, which was unexpected. So again, overall, C.P.Solutions is a great company and well worth the money. I do recommend them.

Minor Insurance is very happy with the time frame from calling to schedule appointment and having appointment. Josh asked questions on what and where we had spiders and ants and then explained how he was going to do treatments for our office. Highly recommend Complete Pest Solutions and Josh.

My service technician, Josh, was wonderful. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a thorough inspection. We discussed follow up options and made a plan on how to accomplish my goals. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
