Commcube played a big role in how I started my journey in the call center industry. I honestly had no idea how everything worked back then—I was completely clueless. But because of them, I learned step by step and slowly gained confidence in myself. Through their free training, I was able to land my first job. That opportunity meant so much to me because it was the beginning of being able to help my family financially. I’ll always be grateful for the part they played in my career. 🤍

Hello, everyone. This is Maria Odessa, A.K.A "Dess" in the Commcube family. I started my journey with them in 2015. I am one of the many people who helped learn how to pass call center interviews. What I appreciated most about them is that they never leave you behind and never guntil you succeed. I failed 10 interviews while I was with them, but they never gave up on me. I even felt embarrassed by interviewers because my grammar wasn’t good, but they stood up for me and supported me. There were also times when I didn’t even have money for transportation to visit different companies to apply, yet they still gave me the fare so I could continue fighting for my interviews. After failing 10 times, I finally passed an interview with a company. All of that success, I owe to Commcube. Right now, I have 9 years of BPO experience and 1 year as an Admin VA and SMM. They also have a new VA training program, which is very exciting because I know many more people will benefit and learn from it. I am also one of those willing to undergo their training again. I highly recommend Commcube because they are not just a training institution; they have also become my family. Special regards to Sir James and Ma’am Audi. God bless, and I hope you can help many more people in the future!

The free call center training at CommCube helped me prepare for my interview and understand how the BPO industry works. The trainer was very professional, knowledgeable and kind, which made learning easy and comfortable. I learned how to answer interview questions confidently and got a clear idea of what to expect in a call center environment. It really boosted my confidence and readiness.

CommCube is the training center where, in just a few weeks, you quickly gain confidence and the courage to apply to a call center even if you truly have no experience. From the owner to their trainers, they patiently guide each trainee one by one to make sure we are fully ready before being sent out to apply. I am now a tenured call center agent because of this training center, and I will be forever grateful to them. I 100 percent recommend this center to everyone who dreams of becoming a call center agent or a VA. Based on my experience training with them, they truly produce highly skilled agents. What’s even better is that their training is completely free.

I was what you would call a typical probinsyana when I first tried entering the BPO industry. A fresh graduate with little to no idea about how the industry worked—what caught my attention was simply the salary I kept seeing on job postings. I applied several times and failed three interviews. I was on the verge of giving up. I kept telling myself, “Maybe this isn’t for me. I’m not fluent in English, and my strong native accent probably doesn’t suit customer service, especially for voice accounts.” I even considered applying as a cashier instead. But while scrolling through Facebook (now Meta), I came across a post from CommCube about a FREE call center training. I was skeptical at first—I had previously experienced pyramid-style “interviews,” so I was cautious. When I found out there would be absolutely no money involved during the training, I decided to give it a shot. And it turned out to be life-changing. The knowledge and skills they shared opened so many doors for me. After a few more tries, I finally passed an interview for a non-voice position. To be honest, I became a bit of a call center hopper for a while 😂 But throughout my 9 years of cumulative BPO experience, every single interview I attended, I applied what I learned from CommCube. Looking back, my journey—from agent to SME, to senior specialist, and now to team lead—would not have been possible without the guidance and support of these selfless mentors. A huge thank you to the CommCube family. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without you. 🥰
