Hello, my name is Mdm Yat, staying at Pasir Ris. I want to give my review on the installation of the 3 units Aircon which had been done on Wednesday 13/05/2026@9.30am. Before I decided to choose Comfort Cool Aircon, I had made a few researches. The price is my main concern and the product warranty. My nephew came to me, after he knew that I'm decided to fix Aircon in my house. We together sit down and discussed. So our final decision is to choose Comfort Cool Aircon. The communication from Day 1 was excellent. Comfort Cool was able to provide solutions for long distance condensation pipe with a pump system. The workmanship is superb and able to fully integrate with the design we have in mind for our house. Materials used was also top notch and that reduces our worries for future issues. Excellent work and highly recommended vendor to work with !!
Just had my aircon installed by Comfort Cool Aircon as recommended by my BTO tele group! The contact person is very responsive and helpful in advising on installation and pricing. It wasa smooth process from piping installation to the final unit/compressor installation. Installation team is friendly and professional, pipings were installed super neatly and the pipings routes were explained very clearly. Would highly recommend Comfort Cool Aircon if you are looking for competitive pricing for your house!
Comfort Cool Aircon did a really solid job with my aircon installation. I was tied up with personal matters, so I had to trust them to handle everything on their own. They managed the work independently and the final result looks really neat and well done. Clean installation, tidy finishing, and overall very professional. Really appreciate that I could rely on them and get such a good result with no supervision.
Very professional and transparent from start to finish! had a site survey + 2 trips (1 to run piping & 1 to install unit). Communication with them was easy and seamless as well as they responded very quickly to all questions. They were also able to advise the best placement of aircon unit! Job was done neatly and smoothly. Highly recommend!
