Very informally, our institution organized a meeting with the agency, and once we were all there they cancelled on us because they had a client, they didn't even apologize.
It's a terrible agency. My colleague and I were told that we had both been accepted for professional internships, and then on the day itself they told us no, that they were only accepting one of us, and then they told us neither. Zero professionals.
Average service, clean establishment, and the treatment received and friendliness are good. The place is small and the reception room is only for about 8 people. The systems they develop and the content are of good quality.
Very poor service, they sell you overpriced packages with very little content. I wouldn't recommend it.
