The cooperation left a negative impression. With small orders, there are no problems, but when manufacturing a large batch of badges, the color of the finished product differed significantly from the agreed layout (almost 35%). No one warned about this in advance. For corporate products, where the accuracy of brand colors is important, such a situation is unacceptable. The lack of communication about possible changes looks like neglect of the customer's interests. If the company works with large runs, it is obliged to either approve the control sample or warn in writing about the risk of color deviation. Without this, it is simply a risk for the client.
