Cold Max Aircon Services cleaned and inspected our compressor units June 2026. The technician who cleaned the indoor units was very professional and did an excellent job — I truly appreciate his work, even though I did not catch his name. However, the assistant, Fayl Amari, behaved very differently. He warned me about low gas without showing proof, even though the gas was already topped up last year and cooling is still fine. He offered a ‘discount’ that contradicted the company’s listed prices, and acted unprofessionally by looking around the house, banging a chair without apologizing, rushing me while I was making payment, and even trying to open our fingerprint‑only digital gate. On top of that, he used a towel that was too dirty, placed our shower hose on the floor, and brought in a vacuum cleaner that was visibly dirty and never wiped clean. This is unhygienic and unacceptable. I want to highlight that last year’s team was excellent — two technicians came, left the toilet clean, and the one who cleaned the air‑conditioning was very professional. That’s why yesterday’s experience was disappointing and made me feel cheated. A company pays its staff to represent them — careless behavior like this ruins the company’s reputation. Customers today are not naïve — we can double‑check information and instinctively know when service feels dishonest. Please treat customers with transparency, hygiene, and respect. Honest service builds trust and ensures long‑term loyalty.
