Disaster! The customer service via Instagram is awful. They're so rude. The "Hola" (Hello) doesn't even exist. You tell them something like, "I need to create an online store," and they brag about being more than just a community manager, yet they don't ask for a model. Pathetic! They boast about who they are—I already read it on their page! They don't respond to customer requests. "Thank you" doesn't exist in their vocabulary. They even read the girl's comment or not.
