There are several aspects of the CodeAchi library software that we appreciate. It has greatly improved our circulation process, saving us a lot of time and reducing queues for book borrowing. The reports provided by the software are particularly valuable, aiding us in understanding the library's status, including total books, members, and circulation details with useful filtering options. Another beneficial feature is the overdue list, which allows us to quickly identify books that have not been returned on time. The barcode functionality is also quite efficient, and we find the search options for items and members to be effective. However, the standout quality of CodeAchi lies in its support team. They have consistently responded promptly to our requests without any delays. The timely software updates are also commendable. We confidently recommend this system to other schools. Overall, we are quite satisfied. The only enhancement we would appreciate is an easier process for promoting students. Currently, we have to manually edit each student's class, lacking a direct promotion option. If CodeAchi could improve this aspect, it would further enhance our experience.

The software is straightforward and user-friendly. I particularly appreciate its ID card creation feature, which proves highly convenient for issuing library IDs to members. Moreover, the report generation functionality simplifies library management by providing comprehensive insights. Although I haven't encountered many issues, returning 5/6 books had been problematic for me in recent months, but fortunately, this has been rectified now, bringing back my satisfaction. With our library's collection continuously growing, which currently stands at around 8000 accessions, having a simple yet efficient software like CodeAchi is essential, and it has certainly met our needs.

I am pleased with the review overall, as I've had both positive experiences and encountered minor issues. The CodeAchi Library Management System has effectively addressed two major concerns for us: locating physical books easily and providing quick access to book lists for data validation through reports. I am inclined to rate CodeAchi a perfect 10 out of 10. However, one notable inconvenience I encountered was during data entry. If a user selects the book category but forgets to choose the subcategory before entering all the data and attempts to save, the software clears all fields and prompts to select a subcategory. It would be preferable if the software reminded us to select a subcategory before clearing the data. This aspect was frustrating, as it required entering all the information again. Nonetheless, I am genuinely satisfied with the software and the support we received. I have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so. The standout feature is the Excel import functionality, which greatly reduces the time needed for data entry. I highly recommend this product to any library seeking user-friendly software. While there is room for improvement, I appreciate that CodeAchi listens to user suggestions. A crucial step for users is setting up a backup location for their data to prevent loss in case of system crashes. Overall, the software's functions are impressive and perform as expected prior to purchase.
