I chose this agency because apparently, as you can see from their website which is available in different languages, they work internationally and they can speak both English and German. I booked an appointment through their automated system to discuss my project but I never received a link for the meeting. I called them but the receptionist has no English and told me that her colleague was going to be available after 10 minutes (I have basic Spanish so I can communicate, just not good enough to discuss a marketing project). They never answered my other phone calls, they never sent me a link for the meeting, they never replied to my emails, they never emailed me saying that the meeting was cancelled. HORRIBLE AGENCY.

We had a great initial meeting with lovely and knowledgable Débora, and we agreed on make a quotation but then it was hard to keep fluid and constant comunication or try to concrete or seal any deal or project. Sadly because of the timings I had to choose another provider.

My experience with this company has been absolutely disastrous. We hired their services because we needed professional help developing our website, trusting that we would receive a functional and well-managed solution. However, the result was a very low-quality website, poorly executed and riddled with serious errors from the start. On launch day, the payment gateway wasn't even properly integrated, resulting in unpaid sales and financial losses, with no one taking responsibility or offering any real solutions. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible: unanswered messages, constant delays, missed deadlines, and completely inadequate customer service. We only got some attention when we spoke directly with the manager, but even then, the problems were barely resolved. To this day, we continue to experience technical issues, and any attempt at support relies on online platforms or forms that take days to respond, leaving the client completely unsupported. In short: poor management, substandard service, lack of professionalism, and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality service.
