Teacher Averil has been teaching my two sons for nearly seven years. When my eldest was 5, he used to cry every time he had to attend a local Chinese tuition center, and after a year, he hadn’t made any real progress. That was when we decided to switch to one-on-one lessons with Teacher Averil. The difference was almost immediate. My son began to enjoy learning Chinese, and his confidence improved significantly. Under her guidance, he progressed quickly, was placed in Higher Chinese, and is now preparing for his PSLE—still under Teacher Averil’s care. We are so happy with her that I’ve recommended her to many of my friends who needed help, and they have all continued with her as well. We’re truly grateful for her dedication and the positive impact she has had on both my boys’ learning journey.

Ms Luo is a very dedicated teacher and my child had shown more interest and improvement in Chinese. She will always answer to my queries or get back the next day if she has full day of classes to teach (especially on weekends). My child enjoys the lessons with her. Appreciate all the help rendered.

Ms Averil and Ms Zhang has been so much help in my Chinese by helping me understand words and techniques on how to conquer 作文 and 理解问答, I was able to pass my Nlevel Chinese from a failing grade to a grade 4. Ms Averil has also been helping in my O level combined science which really helped me understand my concepts and topics. Ms Peh which has tutored me on my mathematics and helped me understand the topics and helped me to catch up to the previous topics I didn’t learn in secondary 2 N(A) mathematics, I was able to get from just passing on my mathematics to basically a A2 during preliminary exams for O level.

My daughter has attended this Chinese class for the past three years, and we’ve been so impressed with her progress. The teachers are patient, dedicated, and truly passionate about helping their students build a strong foundation in Chinese. Thanks to their guidance and encouragement, my daughter has grown in confidence and developed a genuine interest in the language. She’s now moving on to the Higher Chinese class next year — a wonderful achievement that reflects both her effort and the quality of teaching here. We’re very grateful for the positive and supportive learning environment. Highly recommend this class to any parent looking for effective and engaging Chinese lessons!
