We worked with Clickwave for many years, they helped us build a great SEA and SEO environment. They were available whenever we needed them, very proactive! They were always willing to explain and help us understand as well as guide us through strategic dilemmas. Great ideas, good Projekt Management and ideal outcomes

I am writing this review purely based on my own experience. In early 2025, I approached Clickwave for the development of a website. I had seen their previous projects (such as for Isoloft and Isoblox) that looked professional, and based on that, I decided to work with them. In the first phase, the communication was pleasant. Roy contacted me directly via LinkedIn and by phone, and the plan was clear: a website in a similar style, delivered before the summer of 2025. However, the delivery was delayed without a clear explanation. Eventually, the website was delivered in March, but in my opinion, it was incomplete and contained several errors, including an incorrect redirect and inconsistencies in the text and layout. Additionally, it had been agreed that AI images would be used, but that did not happen. During the process, I provided feedback and requested adjustments multiple times, but this proved difficult. A dispute arose regarding payment, because I only wanted to pay for the website once it was fully to my liking. Instead of resolving this together, communication unfortunately escalated through lawyers. Ultimately, a settlement was reached for €4,000 including VAT. With that, the case is formally closed, but I am personally disappointed with the process, the communication, and the final outcome. This is my personal experience, intended to provide a complete and honest picture of how this project unfolded for me.

After a brief conversation, Clickwave clearly understood our needs and whether they could meet them. Openness and direct communication were excellent. We experienced pleasant contact and are happy with our new website.
