We are partners with Cleverence. Our collaboration is top-notch: timely responses to problems and questions, prompt and competent technical support. We helped resolve the issue of a client's Store-15 update in a short time and set up business processes. The client is happy, everything is working fine.

We're a small company and had been wanting to start using a mobile data terminal for a while. We researched the issue for a long time, considering various options. Not really understanding the issue, I decided to call Cleverence and find out all the details. Alexey Kuznetsov, the guy who explained everything to me in detail and every step of the process, explained everything. We already had one terminal from AliExpress, and we were considering purchasing a license to try it out and then decide on other terminals. Because the integration from an unknown terminal to a Mobile Smart device was incorrect, we had to contact support. Of course, everything was sad there, and my issue wasn't resolved (like, well, what did you expect...). I'll tell you what I'm saying. Through a friend who actually referred me to Cleverence, I found a specialist on their staff, apparently a senior support specialist, who literally configured everything remotely in an hour, and everything worked! I won't mention his name, but if he reads this, I'm still incredibly grateful to him!!! So, we tested our operations on a pirated TSD and decided to purchase three additional terminals and licenses for them from Cleverence. Alexey was flexible, which saved us a lot of money! A huge thank you to him for that! I'll also note that when we changed our database, he called back and asked if everything was working correctly and if we needed any help. Fortunately, everything worked and we didn't need any help, but the attention was certainly nice. He also informed us about some new service features, which will also help us save money in the future. :) In the end, I personally feel comfortable working with this company and its manager. Besides the comfort, we had no surprises during the season and worked smoothly – and that's the main thing! There were some nuances during the setup and testing phase that made me nervous, but they were all resolved, and I'm happy. We plan to open several new locations, and we will certainly continue to work with Cleverence.
